TraIN: Translating from Immunology to Neuroscience

Participate in hands-on biomedical research, identifying molecules of cell communication that have a known function in the immune system but not in the brain, and explore its potential brain functions.

We’ll be continuing the development of this open source tool (code available on GitHub, https://github.com/LuciaGuerri/TraIN), which was kickstarted at two hackathons (3-day bioinformatic marathons).

Knowledge in transcriptomics and coding are preferred.
