Enhances fall prevention and physical confidence

Train your stance to prevent falls with non-contact boxing and dancing, and keep your brain active by learning how it works and how to help it for an improved quality of life while navigating life with Parkinson’s.

Brains with clay:
The “Create” workshop

Support fine motor skills and intergenerational bonding

Hands-On Artistic Neuroscience.
Learn about the workings of our brains, while using your hands to create a little brain model with clay and resin to take home.

For whom: ANYONE. Great activity for small groups of 5 – 15 people. Groups can be adults only, or intergenerational senior/grandchild (5+).
